Earlier this year, Alex’s producer, Sam, went to KindieFest in Brooklyn, New York. While he was there, he met a bunch of cool people and saw some great acts perform. One of these performances was by Mista Cookie Jar & the Chocolate Chips, who had a funky retro sound that couldn’t help but put a smile on your face.

Well, Sam brought back his photos, videos, and stories for Alex to check out, and before you know it, Mista Cookie Jar and Alex the Seal had decided to team up to give their fans a fun new track — a remix of the song “Room 28”, which was originally a collaboration project of Mista Cookie Jar, the students of Room 28, and their teacher, Mr. Valdez.
